Rynelle is Trinidadian-born, Caribbean-raised, and industry-forged — with nearly a decade of marketing experience and a foundation shaped by real music industry rooms, not theory.
After entering the industry through music veteran Benny Pough, she contributed to campaigns connected to DJ Khaled, Quavo, KalanFrFr, and Pap Chanel before shifting her focus toward independent artists and Caribbean music.
She founded RMG to close the gap between raw talent and real infrastructure — building the strategy, creative direction, and marketing systems independent artists need to move with intention. RMG is what happens when someone who’s been in the room decides to build a better one.
